The 85th issue of the EK-Lounge played by members of E-Kartell took place on 27th of July 2019 at the Wanna Be Crazy Festival in Solms, Hesse, Germany. Although it is common sense to play ambient music as an improvisation during our lounges, we decided to open up the concept for this special event performing by far more rhythmic then normally inviting the audience to chill and dance.

Globotom is a German musician based in Bielefeld and Wetzlar, producing his music on iOS mobile devices. He is working as editor for tourism and music and started his own music career only after his 50th birthday.
2018 he was elected no. 6 as "Artist of the year" at the Schallwelle Award, and DOUBLE CLIMAX was no. 6 as "Album of the year".

I don’t think there’s anything more captivating than when synths and strings fuse together into one exceptional piece of music (except maybe a sparse trumpet echoing in the background occasionally playing a few notes, but then that would be my bliss).
