Bagpipes and Celtic Harp meets Electronica! A fine blend of traditional Scottish sounds with chillout and ambient music. I recorded this album onboard European Waterways Cruise Barge "Scottish Highlander", at the shores of Loch Ness in Fort Augustus, at Lys-na-Graine in Aboyne, at the ruins of Dunnottar Castle and at Eilean Donan Castle. Nothing else was used but apps on my iPad and my iPhone for recording soundscapes.

Globotom is a German musician based in Bielefeld and Wetzlar, producing his music on iOS mobile devices. He is working as editor for tourism and music and started his own music career only after his 50th birthday.
2018 he was elected no. 6 as "Artist of the year" at the Schallwelle Award, and DOUBLE CLIMAX was no. 6 as "Album of the year".
