URLAUB ist deutlich näher am Mainstream als sein erstes Album EGOSOUND. Also radio- und sonntagskaffeekompatibel, beim Dinner, in der Bar oder beim Autofahren zu genießen. Ein Gute-Laune-Trip durch Ambient, Lounge, Rock, World und Popballaden.

The second CD of Globotom contains 16 instrumentals full of emotions and sensibility. 16 songs from the middle of our favourite vacation - some are relaxed, some are full of power and energy. Globotom takes you to the Polar Lights in the Arctic World as well as on a ride coast to coast through North America, on a bike trip along the beautiful river Weser and to magical, haunted castles, from the mudflats of the North Sea shore to New York's legendary world of discotheques. URLAUB (the german word for vacation) is much closer to mainstream than his first album EGOSOUND. It sounds good on the radio as well as for Sunday afternoon tea time, for dinner, in the bar, in the car. Good vibrations with Ambient, Rock, Lounge, World and Popballads.

Globotom is a German musician based in Bielefeld and Wetzlar, producing his music on iOS mobile devices. He is working as editor for tourism and music and started his own music career only after his 50th birthday.
2018 he was elected no. 6 as "Artist of the year" at the Schallwelle Award, and DOUBLE CLIMAX was no. 6 as "Album of the year".
